About The Author
Mirza Yawar Baig is the Founder and President of YAWAR BAIG & ASSOCIATES™, a global consulting firm specializing in Leadership Development. Yawar is an International Speaker, Author, Coach, Wildlife Photographer, Trainer, and Facilitator specializing in enabling technical specialists to transition into leadership roles. He transcends cultural boundaries by blending Eastern values with Western systems. Yawar consults with prominent business families in India, Sri Lanka, and South Africa as a life coach and mentor. His book, ‘The Business of Family Business’ shows business families how to grow the business while keeping the family together, successfully moving from being ‘Person-led to becoming Process-driven’. Yawar brings to his role, the general managerial experience of sixteen years in mining, plantations, manufacturing, and service industries and twenty-six years in organization development and training.
